Bostik Simson 70-08AP is a high grab SMP (silyl modified polymer) specially developed as a primerless windscreen bonding adhesive for automotive, coachbuilding and industrial applications, but also provides a rapid and efficient method of fastening many different materials in OEM, coach works and mobile unit applications.
Simson 70-08 is a permanently elastic and extremely durable, moisture curing adhesive. It combines the advantages of a tape with those of a reactive system. Immediately after application, the product develops a high green strength, which results in a very heavy paste with extremely good slump resistance. The product reacts with moisture, resulting in an irreversible vulcanised adhesive. The high green strength combined with the high tack makes the product suitable for applications where parts have to be transported immediately or shortly after installation.
