Simson ISR 70-03 from Bostik is a high performance sealant and adhesive based on Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP) technology, especially developed for automotive, coachbuilding and industrial applications where an elastic bond with high adhesive strength is required.
ISR 70-03 is a permanently elastic and extremely durable moisture curing adhesive suited to making elastic construction joints in applications where relative large amounts of joint movement must be accommodated and an effective seal must be maintained.
Typical applications include bonding and sealing in caravans and motorhomes, Bonding of roofs on busses, trains and trucks, Bonding of polyester parts on metal frames, Bonding and sealing of sunroof systems, Sealing welded seams, Bonding of corner profiles of aluminium or polyester on trailers.

Solvent, isocyanate and PVC free.
Very good UV-resistance and ageing properties.
Permanent elastic between temperatures of -40°C and +120°C.
Neutral, odourless and fast curing.
Paint compatible with most industrial paint or lacquer systems, both alkyd resin and dispersion
based (compatibility testing is recommended).
Paintable after skin forming (wet on wet); this will not influence the curing speed.
Pick resistant - Suitable for use in prison cells, schools & public amenities.
Suitable as sealant / adhesive for small gaps (2mm) e.g. Light fixtures to concrete
Skin formation time 10 minutes at 20°C and 50% relative humidity.
Open time 15 minutes.
Temperature resistance from -40°C to 120°C.
Hardness 55 (Shore A)
